My name is Rheys Vandertie, I am currently a senior at Southern Door High School. ​I have created this website as a resource for teenagers struggling with self-love. I chose to make this website because I have gone through so much with my self-esteem, and I continue to battle with it everyday. However, I want to help more people like me understand their worth, their beauty, and their intelligence.

This website will be equipped with stories, strategies, and discussions. Within the Stories tab you will find personal stories from myself and hopefully all of you. Under the Strategies tab will be multiple steps or directions you can take to better your self-esteem. There will be general research incorporated under this tab as well. The Discussion tab will provide a place of the site visitors to interact directly with each other and with me. This will be a safe place to express your story, to help others and to just simply listen to the other stories (because sometimes, just listening can help).
